He is a Civil Engineer with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Hydraulics). He has over 15 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulics studies for road, hydroelectric, electric substation, and landfill projects, as well as flood risk studies in rural and urban areas. His experience as a project director has been in consultancy and design services for drainage systems for highways, aqueducts, and sewers. He is a lecturer of hydrology and hydraulics.
